Playful Learning Workshops

As adults we need to play in order to learn to relax, respond to our body’s requests for rest and balance, and to keep our innate curiosity about our world in motion.  These are all neurophysiological needs, driving us to stay connected with others and flourishing.

Introduction to Playful Learning involves Creative Journal, collage, drawing, reflective listening, sandplay and optional feedback.

Expanded Expressive Arts and Journal workshops develop activities that can be done with children, with reflective listening, rhythm, story and puppets.  Here are some children’s journal pictures, which they made after a story:
